KSCAN20 is a metrology-grade professional 3D scanner produced by Scantech. It is a Class 2M, eye-safe composite laser 3D scanner. It effectively combines a photogrammetry system with a dual-laser light source (standard red and hyperfine blue). The photogrammetry function makes for wider scan volume and volumetric accuracy. The dual-scan mode provides both high-efficiency fast 3D scanning and high-precision data capturing. The scanner is engineered with 7 red laser crosses with an extra laser line and 5 blue parallel laser lines. The overall accuracy goes up to 20 microns while the edge accuracy reaches 30 microns. The device automatically detects tiny deformations accurately reported via the bundled ScanViewer software. It features an optional intelligent edge function. It can be combined with a portable CMM for greater accuracy and flexibility.
