It grants a torso measurement precision of +- 2.5-5mm (.1-.2in) and can perform a complete scan in 30/40 seconds. It is engineered with advanced feature recognition and a 3D visualization system for automatic detection of landmark points and measurement extraction. It is capable of stitching more than 600 surfaces to create a three-dimensional avatar in seconds. The Kinect v2 3D camera has a depth image resolution of 512 x 424 pixels
